How to Use SignUp Genius
You’ll need to go to www.signupgenius.com and create a FREE account with a user name and password. Click “remember me” and you won’t have to enter your password every time you log in. If you are following a link from one of our emails, you might have to log in again. Please disregard any wording on the SignUp Genius website about a $99 cost to create an account. AS A USER, IT IS ALWAYS FREE.
When you sign in and click on “my account” (the white button in the right top corner with your initials in it).
You’ll see all the events we have created that require sign-up in advance (except for events that require pre-payment on a third-party payment site). If you log in and don’t see all of our Signups (under Signups I’ve been invited to), we will have to add you to our Imagery group. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add you.
Open up the event you want to sign up for and click to checkmark the box next to “sign up”, then at the bottom of your screen click “submit and sign up”. Adjust the number of attendees, add any additional info under “comments”, then click “sign up now”. You will receive an automatic email reminder 2 days ahead of each event and in “my account” you’ll be able to see all the events you are signed up for.
For all events, make sure you tell us first that you are ATTENDING and if you want to sign up to drive carpool, that you need a ride, volunteer for set up, clean up or to bring something….you’ll enter a second response for that event.
If you are a two-person household and you are both attending, just change your response number to 2. You don’t need to sign up individually.
If you need to delete your sign up, you will need to be logged in to your account. You will see two buttons under your name, a pencil (edit) and a X (delete). Click the X and the next page will pop up confirming that you want to delete your sign up. Click YES - DELETE. See below

If you are just following the links in the emails to sign up, you’ll won’t be able to see this screen of everything in one place. It’s to your advantage as we start sending out lots of events to be logged in. This way you can keep organized and track everything you are signed up for.
